The National Civil Aviation Agency (Anac) has authorized the low cost airline JetSmart to fly to Brazil.
According to Anac, the company said it intends to start operations with flights from Argentina. The company belongs to the US fund Indigo Partners.
With Anac’s approval, JetSmart is the fourth low-cost airline to receive authorization to operate in Brazil. The other three are European Norwegian, Chilean Sky Airlines and Argentine Flybondi.
